Returns or Exchanges

It is possible to return your item(s) up to 14 calendar days after receipt, according to the legal standard regarding cooling-off time. Please use the return form for this purpose. The purchase price will be refunded as soon as possible (or in any case within 30 days) by transfer to the account number given in the form. Shipping costs will not be refunded. In case of exchange, you must re-order the correct article.

Your return shipment must meet these requirements:

• The completed return form must be enclosed.
• The returned goods must not have been used or worn.
• The returned goods must not show any signs of wear or damage.
• the goods returned must be packed in their original packaging

Shipping abroad

We also ship to addresses outside the Netherlands. For this we use the rates of DPD.
