Slater started with the American T-shirt in 1988. This white T-shirt with a wide straight fit and high collar has acquired fame in the mid-20th century as part of the American marine uniform. The Slater Basic was born and became a must-have for every man.

Soon the collection was expanded and now there are 18 different models in our NOS (Never Out of Stock) collection that are available in the basic colors white, black & navy.

Slater has grown with the times and produces only the best of the best. All T-shirts are made in our own factory which is BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiative) certified. The T-shirts are made of BCI (Best Cotton Initiative) yarns, knitted in house and dyed in an environmentally friendly way (Oekotex).
